Had a flat and a trailer too heavy for me to lift. He responded quickly and was able to get me back on the road quickly. Uriel is super nice hard working man, I recommend if you need work.

This is review is being done maybe 2 minute after my truck repair. Stuck in Nashville on the side of I40E. After a few mechanics couldn’t figure it out these guys did. They figured it out in 40 minutes maybe less and got me set good. Something needs fixing these guys will get you right. Repair 1/27/2026. Than you guys.

I highly recommend this business. Absolute best service and a lifesaver! On a recent trip from Florida to Tennessee, our Motorhome brakes got too hot and needed to be replaced. We called Mid-Ten Ford, the only Ford place in town that works on F600’s, and they wouldn’t even take a look. Told us 2 weeks, even though they knew we were passing through. We reached out to Uriel and he not only repaired the brakes, but he came to us. After securing the parts, they worked until 8 PM to ensure we were good to go the next day. I can’t express what a relief it was. He saved our vacation. Very professional and excellent work.

We are not sure what situation others had with Interstate but all we can say is that Uriel and his team were absolutely outstanding last week when we required their services. Last week on our way north, we had brake issues with our Motorhome. We called Mid-Tennessee Ford and they would not even look at our RV, so we (luckly) contacted Interstate. Uriel spoke to us and agreed to meet us the next day to take a look at the problem. The next day, as promised, he showed up with his crew and assessed the problem and immediately went to work. He contacted several parts outlets to secure the calipers and brake pads we needed and worked on the installation until it was satisfactorily completed. Then to make the situation even more outstanding, his invoice was way below what we expected to be charged. Then on top of that he offered to return the old calipers to the Ford dealership, so we could get some money back. We were positively blown away by the whole experience with Uriel, Priscilla, and the rest of the crew, and thanks to their service allowed us to continue our trip with only slight delay to our plans.
